Terms and Conditions


We deliver throughout the UK and Overseas.  Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received. Orders are sent by First Class Tracked Royal Mail or Carrier.

All orders are shipped within 10 WORKING DAYS of receipt

Orders are shipped weekly, usually on a Thu.

Any items ordered which are out of stock are picked up on the weekly print run, every Mon

During extremely busy periods these times may be subject to variation.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving confirmation of despatch please contact us. We will trace your order and try and ensure that you receive it as quickly as possible. We endeavour to achieve our delivery targets but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery


1. Privacy Policy:

Any information we collect about you to process orders is used solely for that purpose and we will not sell this information to any 3rd party. By using our web site you consent to us collecting this information and using it to fulfil orders and supply goods as per your requirements

2. Prices:

While great care is taken that prices are correct at the time you place your order we reserve the right to change / amend prices in exceptional circumstances. Occasionally prices change as products are delivered to us at amended prices over which we have no control.  If this occurs you can cancel your order and we will offer a full refund.
We offer US Dollar prices and Euro prices as a guide only. All items will be charged in UK pounds at the current exchange rate. This can vary slightly from the actual USD or EURO price quoted as our website is only updated daily and is not dynamically linked to the exact exchange rate.

3. Stock Availability:

All online orders reserve stock at the time you place your order. However occasionally we may find that an item is damaged or unavailable for sale. In these circumstances we will contact you to discuss if you want to wait for new stock or replace this item with something else. We accept no responsibility for items being unavailable for shipping and for delayed orders.

No part of the web site may be reproduced in any form or by any means without our prior written consent except for the sole purpose of placing an order or corresponding with us. Our name and logo and all related product names and logos are our trade names/trade marks and may not be used without our prior written consent. 5. Payments:

All payments are made through Paypal or credit card on invoice. All payments are authorised and deferred at the time of placing your order.  Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.

6. Eligibility for trade terms:

To qualify for trade discounts you must meet a minimum spend level of £125 in each and every three month period. This will be monitored and if you drop below this level we reserve the right to close your account and cancel any pending or future orders.

7. Damages and Returns:

If when you receive your order you find an item supplied by us is damaged, faulty or parts are missing please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will endeavour to source replacement parts from the manufacturer as soon as possible or replace your damaged item. However this may take up to 60 days. If we cannot source a replacement then a refund will be offered including reasonable postage costs.

9. Carriage Charges:

We reserve the right to change our delivery service and charges at any time. Charges for orders already placed will be honoured. If you wish to return an item that is in sound condition then no postage charges will be refunded as the goods were supplied as stated and a 25% fee will be deducted from the cost of the goods to cover handling & packing costs.
